MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

A manufacturing defect guarantee applies to all products for a period of at least 12 months from the purchase date, and parts will be replaced free of charged.

Water Softeners

A 5 year manufacturer's warranty applies to all water softener valves and defective parts will be replaced free of charge.

Troubleshooting

The technology upon which the Series 255 control is based is well established and proven in service over many years. However, should a problem or question arise regarding the operation of the system, the control may be very easily serviced. The control module can be quickly replaced or adjustments can be made at the installation.

Customers are advised to contact their local professional water treatment dealer for most concerns

RETURNS POLICY

Goods damaged in transit:
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged.
If you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' we will not be able to process a claim.


Goods may be returned up to 30 days after purchase if customers are not completely satisfied with them. The purchase price will be refunded, (not shipping costs) providing that the goods are returned in an unused and resaleable condition in the original packaging.

Consumable or disposable products such as Salt products and water filter elements cannot be returned.
